TERMS AND PAYMENTS
Registration deadline : May 15th, 2025
The tournament organisers reserve the right to close entries before this date should the maximum number of teams expected for a given age category be reached.
PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS
1st payment : £1,000 per team up to 15 days after registration.
Without this first payment, the selected accommodation booking cannot be guaranteed.
The remaining amount may be split between the instalments decided by the club, with the deadline for the final payment on July 1st, 2025
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations before March 15th : Reimbursement of 100% of the total
Cancellations before June 15th : Reimbursement of 50% of the total
Cancellations after July 1st : No reimbursement

Payment will be invoiced.
